We use your contact information to respond to your estimate request, schedule visits, send quotes, and communicate about work in progress. We may call the number you provide about your request. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide our services, comply with the law, or protect our rights.
SMS and Text Messaging
PNW Landscaping LLC, doing business as PNW Landscaping, sends text messages only to people who ask us to. You give consent by checking the SMS consent box on our estimate form before you submit it. The box is never checked for you, and checking it is not required to request an estimate or to buy anything from us.
If you opt in, we text you about the estimate you requested, questions we have about your yard, appointment and crew arrival windows, scheduling changes, and updates on work in progress. We do not send unrelated promotional blasts.
Message frequency varies and depends on your project and how often we need to reach you. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not responsible for charges your carrier applies to messages you send or receive.
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. We send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then the texts stop. You can get help by replying HELP or by calling our Portland office at (714) 912-7015.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes. This information stays with PNW Landscaping and the service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked for.
